Who we are

What we collect

• Information you give us. Name, email address, telephone number, company name and the content of your message when you submit an enquiry form or email us directly.
• Course registration details. If you register for training, the background and course-preference information described under “Course registrations” below.
• Project information. Technical details you choose to share about your parts, materials, machines and requirements.
• Basic technical data. Standard web server information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, collected by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and to provide the services or training you ask for.
• To prepare quotations, proposals and project documentation.
• To keep records required for tax, GST and statutory compliance.
• To keep the website secure and functioning.

We rely on your consent when you submit a form, and on the necessity of performing a contract or complying with a legal obligation for the rest.

Course registrations

When you register for a course we collect your name, email address, phone number, city, educational background, current employment situation, prior experience, and what you tell us about your goals. We use it to assess which course fits you, to contact you about your registration, and to administer your place in a batch if you join one.

Registration records are held in a spreadsheet in Teklogic’s own Google Workspace account, accessible only to Teklogic staff involved in running the academy. We do not sell this data, we do not share it with other training providers or recruiters, and we do not use it for advertising. If you register but do not enrol, your record is deleted after 24 months.

Age. Our registration form is for applicants aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us directly rather than filling in the form, so that we can obtain their consent as the law requires.

You may ask us at any time to send you a copy of your registration record, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@teklogic.co.in.

Client drawings and technical data

Technical files you share with us are treated as confidential business information, not as marketing material. We store client project data in segregated storage, restrict access to the engineers assigned to your job, and do not use any client part as a portfolio sample or a training example without written permission. Where an NDA is in place, its terms take precedence over this policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are retained for up to 24 months in case you come back to us, then deleted. Project records and the associated commercial documents are retained for as long as required by Indian tax and statutory record-keeping obligations. Client technical files are returned or deleted at project close on request.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate — our website host, our email provider and the form-handling service that delivers enquiry messages to us — and only to the extent needed for them to do that job. We also disclose data where the law requires it. We do not transfer your data to any third party for their own marketing.

Cookies

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. If we add web analytics in future, this policy will be updated first and a cookie notice will be shown where one is required. The embedded Google Map on our contact page is served by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy policy.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or withdraw consent you previously gave. Write to info@teklogic.co.in and we will respond within the period the law requires. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority.

Security

We apply access controls, encrypted transmission and segregated project storage. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise — but if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
