Work on parts that matter, with people who care how they get cut.
We are a young company, which means the work is varied, the responsibility arrives early, and what you build here is visible. It also means we are small — read that honestly before you apply.
Small team, real ownership, no hiding place
If you want a narrow role with a clear ladder and a large team around you, we are honestly not the right place yet. If you want to own a part from drawing to verified programme and see it run, that is exactly what this is.
You will work directly with the founder, talk to clients about their parts, and make engineering decisions that go to a machine. Nobody here spends their week generating toolpaths they never think about. The flip side is that mistakes are visible and you are expected to own them.
- End-to-end work — process planning, fixture, programming and verification, not one narrow slice.
- Learning is part of the job — new platforms, new controllers, new materials, on company time.
- Teach as you grow — our engineers run academy sessions, which is the fastest way to find out what you actually understand.
- Bengaluru-based — on-site in Vidyaranyapura, with flexibility discussed per role.

Where we are hiring
Placeholder listings — replace with live vacancies as they open. Speculative applications are genuinely welcome in the meantime.
CNC / CAM Programmer
3-axis to 5-axis programming for aerospace and precision components. Experience in any mainstream multi-axis CAM system, and a working understanding of what happens at the machine.
Fixture & Tooling Design Engineer
Workholding design for machined components. Strong parametric CAD skills, and the instinct to ask where the cutter will be before placing a clamp.
Technical Trainer — CAD / CAM / CNC
Deliver academy courses and corporate batches. Requires shop-floor credibility, not just teaching ability — our trainers are practising engineers.
Graduate Engineer / Intern
For mechanical, production and aeronautical graduates who want to learn manufacturing engineering properly. Structured, mentored, and genuinely hands-on from early.
Send us a drawing. We’ll send back a plan.
Share a 2D print, a STEP file or a scope note. You get a written response with feasibility, approach and an indicative timeline — no obligation, and your data stays yours.
