From print to proven programme.
Cutter to metal.
Teklogic is a manufacturing engineering partner for precision machining. We take your drawing, model or scope note and hand back a complete, simulated, shop-floor-ready package — process plan, fixture, NC programme and setup sheet — so the first cut is the right cut.
We work in the CAD/CAM software your shop already runs
Six services. One continuous chain from design intent to a cutting spindle.
Take them individually or take the whole chain. Either way, every deliverable is built to be used on the shop floor — not filed away.
2D to 3D Modelling
Legacy prints, scanned drawings and marked-up sketches rebuilt as clean, fully-constrained solid models with GD&T carried across and manufacturing intent preserved.
See the service 02Manufacturing Process Planning
Operation sequencing, datum and locating strategy, stock selection, machine allocation and routing sheets — the decisions that quietly set your cost per part.
See the service 03Fixture & Tooling Design
Workholding designed around the part and the machine: rigid, repeatable, quick to load, and modelled so it can be proven in simulation before a single block is cut.
See the service 04CNC / NC Programming
3-axis, 3+2 and full 5-axis simultaneous toolpaths for mill, turn and mill-turn — posted to your controller, with tool lists, offsets and setup sheets included.
See the service 05Simulation & Verification
Full machine-tool simulation against your real kinematics — collisions, overtravel, gouges and air-cutting caught on the screen, not on the spindle.
See the service 06Estimation & APQP
Cycle-time and cost estimation you can quote against, backed by full APQP and PPAP documentation — control plans, PFMEA, flow diagrams and first-article packs.

Most scrap is decided long before the machine starts. Our sequence front-loads the thinking so the shop floor gets a package it can simply run.
Understand
We read the print properly — tolerances, datums, material, batch size, your machine list and your controller. Questions get asked now, not at the machine.
Model & plan
Manufacturing-ready model, operation sequence, datum strategy and stock definition. This is where cycle time and cost are actually decided.
Fixture
Workholding designed for rigidity, access and fast changeover — modelled in full so the simulation sees exactly what the machine will see.
Programme
Toolpaths built for the cut, not just the shape. Correct engagement, sensible tool list, posted for your control and edited to your shop standards.
Prove
Machine simulation against real kinematics, then a documented handover pack: G-code, tool list, setup sheet, offsets and operator notes.
We are focused on the cut, not the click count.
Plenty of suppliers will send you a toolpath. Fewer will tell you your datum scheme is going to bite you on op 3. We are manufacturing engineers first and CAM operators second — and the difference shows up in your scrap rate.
- Simulated as standard. Every programme is proven against your real machine kinematics before it leaves us. Verification is not an upsell.
- Aerospace-grade discipline. Revision control, traceability and documentation carried through every job, whatever the industry.
- Your tools, your posts. We work inside your CAD/CAM ecosystem and your controller conventions, so nothing has to be re-learned on the floor.
- Engineers who train engineers. The same people who programme your parts run our academy — which keeps the teaching honest and the practice current.
- Your IP stays yours. NDA on request, segregated project storage, and every deliverable handed over in full.

Built for the parts that cannot be wrong
Thin walls, exotic alloys, deep pockets and tolerances measured in microns. These are the jobs where the planning matters more than the machine.
Aerostructures
Ribs, spars, frames and skins — long, thin, deflection-prone parts.
Aero Engine
Casings, blisks and blades in nickel and titanium alloys.
Landing Gear
High-strength steel, deep bores and unforgiving surface finish specs.
Tool & Die
Cavities, cores and press tools with hard-milling strategies.
The training arm that feeds the shop floor
India does not have a shortage of CAD operators. It has a shortage of people who understand what happens when the cutter meets the metal. Our academy is built to close exactly that gap — taught by the engineers who do the work, on the software the industry actually buys.
CAD / CAM Training
Industry-standard CAD and CAM platforms — modelling through to posted, simulated G-code.
CNC Programming & Operator
G-code by hand, machine setup, tool offsets, work coordinates and safe operation.
Corporate & Campus
Batch upskilling delivered at your plant or college, mapped to the parts your people actually run.
Certification
Teklogic course completion certificates, plus a portfolio of real parts you programmed yourself.
Straight answers
Yes — that is a large part of what we do. Send the print (PDF, DWG, TIFF, even a good photograph of a paper drawing) and we will rebuild it as a manufacturing-ready 3D model before any programming starts. If dimensions are missing or contradictory we will list the queries rather than guess.
Fanuc, Siemens 840D, Heidenhain, Mazak, Okuma, Haas and Mitsubishi are routine. Send us your existing post processor and a sample of known-good G-code from the machine, and we will match your shop's conventions exactly — including your block numbering, tool-change habits and safety blocks.
We sign an NDA before any files move, keep each client's project data in segregated storage, and restrict access to the engineers assigned to your job. Nothing is used as a portfolio sample or a training example without written permission. On project close we return or destroy the data on request.
Both. A single awkward part is a perfectly good place to start, and it is usually the fastest way for both sides to find out whether we work well together. Longer term we take on dedicated engineering support, either project-based or on a monthly retained-capacity model.
No. Roughly half our academy work is corporate — existing operators moving up to programming, design engineers who need to understand machinability, and fresh hires who need to be productive fast. We run those batches at your plant, on your part families, so the training transfers directly.
Vidyaranyapura, Bengaluru — inside India's aerospace and precision engineering cluster, which is where the machines, the suppliers and the talent are. Engineering work is delivered remotely worldwide; for training and shop-floor support we travel to your site.
Send us a drawing. We’ll send back a plan.
Share a 2D print, a STEP file or a scope note. You get a written response with feasibility, approach and an indicative timeline — no obligation, and your data stays yours.
